How does it work?
We want your event to be a stress-free experience! We come to your home and set up, leave you to have your party, and then return the next day to pick up.
How do I make a reservation?
To start your booking, browse our website and choose a theme. You may also make a custom theme based on our fabric swatches. Be sure to check our extras menu for additional items that make events even more special!
Once you have something in mind, email us or fill out our contact form with your choices, your desired dates, and any additional items you wish to book. We'll contact you to discuss availability, confirm your reservation, and collect a 50% reservation deposit.

What happens the day of the event?
Shortly before your event, we will be in contact with you to verify everything once more before delivery. We will arrive at your preferred location, set up, and style for you.
*Please have the area cleared and ready for tent set up. Each small tent requires a 4-foot by 4-foot space. The Firefly Bell Tent requires a 25 foot radius for staking and lines.
On average, it takes 60-90 minutes for us to set up and style our A-frame tents. We'll have everything set up at least one hour prior to your event. Once complete, we will confirm a collection time for the following day!
What is the standard rental period?
Standard is overnight. If you want to have tents for more than one night just make a note in your reservation and we will work to accommodate you! Additional night rate applies.
What if I need to cancel?
We understand things happen. Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to your event will receive a total refund of any advance payments.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will receive no refund and you will forfeit your deposit.
How is everything cleaned?
After each event, all bedding is laundered using hypoallergenic detergent. Mattresses, decorative pillows, and decorative items are disinfected and spot cleaned.
How far do you deliver?
We are happy to deliver within a 25-mile radius of our storeroom in Savannah, GA. Rentals outside of this radius may be possible but will be subject to an additional delivery fee.
Can I use the tents outside?
Our handcrafted tents are designed to be used indoors only. If the tents are damaged, there will be an additional charge immediately upon return.
